Load of stone delivered to the new building and I make some major lawn repairs at the Brick House. I used both the Kubota MX 5400 and Kubota BX 23S to Spread, Level, Smooth and Rake to prep for seed and mulch.

@Robert Kribs It was like that here a couple of weeks ago, fortunately I was at the tree farm near Stover Mo and the weather was perfect for cutting firewood. A front is scheduled to arrive this evening dropping the temps back down to normal.

Thanks for clarifying "the brick house". I've been watching your videos for quite a while and have heard you refer to it a lot and knew that Levi & Kate live there. I thought it was the house you & Melissa lived in before the one you live in now. Great that Levi & Kate are close by.

Mike, Need to have Melisa make an “Official Mike Morgan Fun Meter” chart like she did for Hunter’s chicken sandwich review. I envision a colorful t-shirt worthy design with the needle pegged at “5”... 1=Clay [RED]; 2=Sand [YEL]; 3=Shale [BLU]; 4=Top Soil (sifted) [BLK]; 5=2A Lime Stone (delivered) [GRN]. Just saying.

No and I always wondered what the brick house was .and had a feeling its where levi, wife and tye lived but wasn't sure. I believe there's a swimming pool on the otherwise of there house or maybe when I've seen them in a pool it's somewhere else. Smart decisions to buy that place bordering what you already have.never know when a developer will get it and before long you've got 30 houses bordering your land and there coming over on yours with 4 wheelers and side by sides horses and trucks .so very smart move on your part. I guess you made several trips back and forth with the big orange instead of filling the dump trailor?? Guess you miss using the tractor after having the excavator for a month. Ok get all those drain lines in and graveled in and get the tubing and concrete rolling. before ya no it the white stuff will be in the air. Cute pink hair little Eva. You need to work with it, its a mess and no it won't work the way it is haha 😅 Ok bedtime i got my Morgan fix and off to my dreams 😴

Hey mike. We. Have an old clay pipe that was put in the late 40s to the 50s that a company out of Tulsa Oklahoma called orange berg. What is terra-cotta pipe? Is it also a clay pipe. Now In Oklahoma we call a 4ft high x 8ft long a rick of wood. Now on out side of your new building are you going to do any concrete work?

Speaking of acorns,,, we laid out a total of three 4ft by 4ft areas under several oaks on the edge of the yard. I made an agreement with the grandson,,, pick up all of the actions inside the square and I'll pay you 2 cents for each acorn that gets into your 5 gal bucket. The lad made 6 dollars from those 3 areas. Yeppers,,, a bumper crop this year.

Ok I will watch it later.always my bedtime treat before going to sleep to watch yall and Shaun James channel up in canada.the dude out in the wilderness building his very own homestead .very interested what he done with very little help.quote a man just like you Shaun and of coarse you as a lady mellisa .and the kids and dogs and anything else I missed 😆😁👌

Howdy Morgans, Have a White Oak and Black Walnut that are absolutely loaded down and dropping acorns and walnuts by the thousands. Set up a trail camera and captured raccoons coming in after midnight and gorging on the acorns until about four in the morning. The acorns must be like peanut butter to them little masked trash pandas. They even helped themselves to the water bucket for the dog. Also have two whistle pigs that are living under the neighbors shed that are gorging on the acorns as well. The nefarious squirrels are feasting on both and leaving walnuts in the window sills of the house as well as aerating the lawn with them. Every video with the BX has me wanting one for myself even though the need isn't great enough for the expense! Have A Day!

Hi Mike. In #253, you weighed an IBC tote filled with firewood at 1660lb. While a subcompact can't lift that, I'm curious as to how much firewood you could put into an IBC tote that the BX would lift? I'm thinking that a tote filled 1/3 full would be about all that it could lift just lifting it enough to move around. How about a video on the BX showing how much it would do? Did you ever take that tote back after 1 year to get it re-weighed after drying?

Mike..When you get all your plumbing installed and sewer and water lines, drains all dug and filled in preps for your radiant heat being installed be sure that you have a layout of your radiant tubing and how it I slayed out..if you ever have to install any thing after the pour in the future you know exactly where all your radiant tubing is laid out? Once your radiant heat has been installed and lines have been charged and hooked up to your water source and heating system...if your ever have to drill holes in your building floor for any reason you know right where that tubing is laid out and don’t have to worry about drilling through your tubing underneath. Just a 5hought

Mike, I think that sewer work you did at the brick house definitely cost justified your renting the excavator (in addition to all the work you did on site prep for the new building). Hiring someone to do what you did for both jobs is not inexpensive! Plus we get entertainment watching you do it. We had the bumper crop of acorns here in NE Ohio a year ago. This year is pretty light. Get Ty a Garden Weasel Small Nut Gatherer to pick them up and everyone will be entertained!
